2. In spite of receiving the No Objection Vakalat from the counsel, the petitioner has neither appeared nor engaged any other counsel in this matter.

3. In the aforesaid circumstances, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner has no interest to further prosecute this case. Therefore, the present writ application stands dismissed for default.
