Petitioner is named in the fist information report on the accusation that he along with two others made indiscriminate firing on the informant but it is specific case of the informant that firing of Surendra Chauhan hit him whereas firing of Ranjeet Chauhan hit injured Rakesh Saw. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Town
