2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.56774 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that owing to death of the mother-inlaw of the petitioners on 15.09.2019, the petitioners could not surrender and terms of the order dated 06.09.2019 could not be complied with within the stipulated time.

4. For the reasons stated in the petition, the time for surrender of the petitioners and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of the order dated 06.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12057 of 2020(2) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 No.56774 of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.
