Mr. Government Advocate (5) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-02-2025 Heard Mr. Pramod Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned GA-5 for the respondent/s.
2. The petitioners in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition have sought inter alia following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:
"That this is an application for issuance of a Writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents authorities to consider the grievance of the petitioners and grant the Matric trained Pay Scale to them after completion of three years of regular service from the date of appointment or from 1/10/2003 which ever is later, with all consequential benefits for which the petitioners are legally entitled to as the Respondents have not allowed the petiitoners to complete their In-service Teachers Training within three hears in
Patna High Court CWJC No.2675 of 2025(2) dt.24-02-2025 2/2 terms of the Government Circular, as held by this Hon'ble Court in similar case in C.W.J.C No. 7322 of 2017 (Abdus Samad's case) disposed of on 11/04/2018 and other similar cases, and the case of the petitioners are identical and fully covered by the order dated 11/4/2018 passed in C.W.J.C No. 7322 of 2017 and as such the petitioners are legally entitled to get the similar benefits."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have already filed representation on 23.01.2025 before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali, but the same has not been disposed of, however, petitioners seek to file fresh individual representations before the appropriate authority for considering their grievance in light of judgment passed by this Court in L.P.A. No. 1699 of 2013 (Kranti Kanak & Ors. vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.).
4. The authority concerned is directed to dispose of the individual representations filed on behalf of the petitioners expeditiously in accordance with law.
5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
