Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2018. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Submission is that petitioner was never put on Test Identification Parade during investigation of the case nor anything incriminating was recovered from his possession. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihiya Police
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9999 of 2019(3) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 Station Case No. 412 of 2017, with the following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
