2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) for quashing of the order as contained in Mutation Revision Case No- R199 of 2012-13/202 of 2013-14

Patna High Court CWJC No.17991 of 2016(4) dt.05-08-2025 2/3 dated 3.9.2016 (Annexure-1) passed by Additional Collector, Vaishali at Hajipur whereby and whereunder he has allowed the revision application of the Respondent No 8 and has further set aside the order passed in Mutation Appeal Case No- 106 of 2012-13 dated 6.11.2012 (Annexure-5) by the Dy.

Collector, Land Reforms, Vaishall at Hajipur and further has also decided the Title in favour of Respondent No-8 without having power or jurisdiction to do the same. And further during the pendency of the present application, the Impugned order as contained in Mutation Revision Case NoR199 of 2012-13/202 of 2013-14 dated 3.9.2016 (Annexure-1) passed by Additional Collector, Vaishall at Hajipur may remain stayed;

(ii) and/or pass such other order(s) as your Lordships may deem fit and proper.

3. On 30.07.2024 as also 29.08.2024 upon call, the coordinate bench had recorded that no one appeared.

4. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the case.
