The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 295 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 324, 307, 302, 120B, 326 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on perusal of the first information report, it is evident that there is specific allegation against co-accused persons namely, Golu Singh @ Vishal Singh and Deepak Singh. It is submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 295 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
