19-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

By unscrupulous activity petitioner has siphoned the amount from State Bank of India which happens to be found duly detailed in the case diary. At an earlier occasion petitioner had offered to deposit the amount and accordingly, on deposit of amount petitioner was directed to released on bail vide order dated 13.07.2016 in Cr. Misc. No.25305/2016. Subsequently thereof, instant criminal miscellaneous has been filed for modification of the aforesaid order and during course of submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that amount be reduced. Such prayer is found non-tenable and non-appreciable. Accordingly, instant modification petition is rejected. While going through the order dated 13.07.2016 it is evident that in last but three line 'not' is found absent after will on account of typographical error and is directed to be present whereupon the
