JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One dagger, one puriya of Ganja, Chillam etc. were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when the petitioner and others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of three cases but in the present case petitioner is in jail custody since 4.11.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur in connection with Rail P.S.Sonpur Case No. 56 of 2015.
