The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chandauti P.S.Case no.254 of 2018 dated 27.11.2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 371/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. As per the FIR, the allegation against the petitioners is that in collusion with the Selection Committee, they got their marks increased in the merit list and got themselves appointed as Panchayat Teacher.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners have no role in preparation of the merit list rather the merit list has been prepared by the Selection Committee comprising of its members and there is no

It has also been submitted that considering the above facts, another accused person has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail, vide order dated 3.4.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6561 of 2019 . Heard learned A.P.P. as well as the learned counsel for the Vigilance.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitiones, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Chandauti P.S.Case no.254 of 2018 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
