The petitioner seeks bail in Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 20/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a), 32(c) and 37 of Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 40 litres of country-made liquor was found from an orchard and petitioner was also found there along with other accused persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is posted in R.P.F. at Pune. The petitioner had come to his house on the occasion of marriage. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the

Case No. 20/2017.
