JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-12-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the order dated 28.06.2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Udakishunganj in Complaiant Case No. 34 of 2014 whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 379, 326 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioners to raise all the points available to them at the
