This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016 and 137 of the Railway Act. From a train liquor was recovered in three bags. Suspicion is that the same was of the petitioners and the petitioners were apprehended at the spot. The petitioners are in custody since 08.02.2017.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rail Son Nagar P.S. Case No. 7 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Gaya, or successor Court on completion of four months in custody and the petitioners
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15902 of 2017 (2) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond(s) of the petitioner(s). (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
