The petitioner along with Sant Lal Gupta while carrying wine independently weighing 14.22 litres as well as 17.8 litres were apprehended and for that they are under custody since 11.01.2020.

Accordingly, the petitioner Amarnath Ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III cum Special Judge, Excise, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Excise Case No.42 of 2020 arising out of Ramgarh P.S. Case No.05 of 2020.
