The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, six accused persons with their faces covered are stated to have committed dacoity in the ornament's shop of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was registered against six unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused Saurav Kumar made before police which is inadmissible. The said Saurav Kumar has himself been enlarged on bail vide order dated 30.9.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 27122

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20557 of 2021(3) dt.29-11-2021 2/2 of 2021. The petitioner is in custody since 29.9.2020 and charge sheet has been submitted in the case but the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with period in custody and grant of bail to co-accused Saurav Kumar on whose confessional statement the name of the petitioner transpired, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case no. 286 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
