The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 191 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 379, 327, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioners, case and counter case between the parties and the nature of injuries, let above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Suppi P.S.
