This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Some unknown persons committed robbery in the house of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2017 only on the basis of the information of the spy. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent nor he was put on test identification parade.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIII, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court with the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14381 of 2017 (2) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
