Taking into consideration that the petitioner never appeared before the court after 1989 and subsequently he was declared absconder in the year 2007, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, at least, at this stage and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Rajauli P.S.Case No. 15 of 1984, corresponding to S.T. No. 76/89/126/15, pending in the court of the Additional Sessions Judge, IVth, Nawada, stands rejected.

However, the concerned court should expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) spal/- U
