The petitioner happens to be the driver of Pick Up Van and according to the prosecution case itself the petitioner had disclosed before the police that co-accused, Mithilesh Sah, had loaded the seized gas cylinders.

Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S.Case No.256 of 2015.
