The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sikta P.S. Case No. 77 of 2020 registered under Sections 406, 420, 468, 467 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that both the parties have compromised the present case, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail application. Petitioners have no criminal history.

Case No. 77 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
