====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-05-2024 This Application has been filed for modification of order dated 17.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.63136 of 2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was suffering from Jaundice and due to this reason he was unable to surrender before the Court concerned within the prescribed time given by this Court. In support of this contention, he has filed the copy of the medical report.

3. Learned APP for the State has no objection for the same.

4. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and considering the averments made in the application, the present Modification Application stands allowed.

5. Further six weeks time from today is granted to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23152 of 2024(3) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 petitioner to surrender before the Court concerned.

6. Accordingly, the order dated 17.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.63136 of 2023 stands modified to the above extent.
