Petitioner's claim in the writ petition is for consideration for appointment, by way of regularization, in the Collectorate of West Champaran at Bettiah.

The respondents have, by the impugned order, held that the petitioner's claim will be considered as per seniority arising out of the panel which was prepared in the year, 2011. Since, none, below the petitioner, has been given the benefit of

Patna High Court CWJC No.17596 of 2016(2) dt.04-04-2019 2/2 regularization, ignoring his claim, the petitioner cannot have any grievance.

In view of the stand of the State, however, that the claim of the petitioner would be considered as per seniority in accordance with law, no further direction is required to be issued in the instant writ petition.
