Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. was lodged, on missing of the daughter of the informant, against unknown.

Submission is that the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that she had love-affairs with the petitioner and she had voluntarily married with the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial
