JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-02-2019 Learned counsel for the Central Selection Board (hereinafter referred to as the 'Board') submits that petitioner being lessor in merit than the last selected candidate having obtained 24 marks, was not appointed in the process of selection as the cut off marks in the petitioner's category was 37 marks. None appears on behalf of the petitioner as such without going into the merits of the submission made by the learned counsel for the Board, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
