JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offences under Sections 272, 273, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 41(1) 30/36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the house of this petitioner, foreign liquor was allegedly recovered on 10.12.2016. The petitioner was arrested on the spot and since then he is in custody. Submission of the counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The house is occupied by several other members of the family.
