JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mahila Thana P.S. Case No. 91 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 3341, 354(A), 354(C), 354(D), 504, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner and two other accused persons is of chasing the informant and there is also allegation against co-accused Nitesh Kumar is of harassing the informant and assaulted her along with other accused persons. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., but no specific allegation has been attributed against him. Further, he has no criminal antecedent.
