1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For direction to the respondent authority concerned to correct the grade pay of the petitioner, which has been mentioned as Rs.

6,600/- in place of Rs. 7,600/- in Correction Letter No. 1712 dated 30.11.2016.

(ii) For direction to the respondent authority concern to make correction in the Correction Letter No. 1712 dated 30.11.2016 in which pay scale of Rs. 8000-13500 has been mentioned w.e.f. 08.07.2002 in place of Rs. 10000-15200 in grade pay of Rs. 7600/-.

(iii) For direction to the respondent authority to

Patna High Court CWJC No.3713 of 2024(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 pay the arrears of the petitioner after granting grade pay of Rs. 7600/- in place of Rs. 6600/- w.e.f. 01.01.2009.

(iv) For direction to the respondent authority concern to grant the benefit of ACP/MACP to the petitioner exempting from passing the departmental examination in the light of the decision of the Hon'ble Court passed in several cases."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
