2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 1.11 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from a motorcycle, of which, this petitioner is registered owner.

4. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
