2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the F.I.R., this petitioner along with other accused persons abused and assaulted the informant. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted with tangi on the head of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to petty dispute over the removal of cemented drainage slab, scuffle took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Case lodged by the petitioner is earlier in point of time. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the backdrop of the case, nature of allegation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Gaya in connection with Khizersarai P. S. Case No. 332 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
