Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Shashtri Nagar P.S.Case No. 266 of 2021. As per allegation, when the informant was purchasing medicines for his cattle, the accused persons including the petitioner came there. The allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant with a knife.

No.10772 of 2022(2) dt.14-09-2022 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is a person of clean antecedent and the injuries suffered by the informant are simple in nature. He has submitted further that co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr.Misc. No. 8354 of 2022.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Patna in connection with Shashtrinagar P.S.Case No. 266 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
