Perceiving the suspicious activities of unwarranted persons at platform no.4, police apprehended and during course of search from the possession of one Mukku, a country made pistol along with other items while from the possession of Jitendra Paswan, a cartridge, from the possession of Raj Kumar, mobile set were seized whereupon they have been booked and on account thereof, are under custody since 17.08.2015.

From para-3 of the petition, it is apparent that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

As such, petitioner, Prince Raj @ Sonu Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58443 of 2015 (2) dt.05-02-2016 satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Bakhtiyarpur GRP PS Case No. 44/2015.
