JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-02-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 3.1.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.77838 of 2018 on the ground that in FIR and impugned order the petitioner has been named as Shambhu Prasad and as such he has filed the said bail application also but bail bond of the petitioner was not accepted as in the Aadhar Card name of petitioner has been mentioned as Shambhu Yadav.

Heard learned APP also.

In such view of the matter, in the order dated 3.1.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 77838 of 2018 the name of the petitioner should correctly be read as Shambhu Yadav in place of Shambhu Prasad, as stated on oath, and, accordingly, the said order stands modified to that extent only. Further four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10270 of 2019(2) dt.21-02-2019 2/2 time is allowed to the petitioner from the receipt of this order to surrender before the court below.
