JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 09-01-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48377 of 2014 & analogous cases and at the time of rejecting prayer for bail of the petitioner and one accused namely, Aditya @ Alankar Kumar, this court issued show cause notices to those persons, who had been granted privilege of bail by this court and in response to the aforesaid show cause notices, co-accused appeared and filed their show cause, which was accepted by this court.

Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the case of the petitioner is on similar footing to those co-accused, who

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58424 of 2015 (2) dt.10-02-2016 2/2 have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 212 of 2013 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 453 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Patna City. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
