15-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

On 27.08.2015 at about 5.00 p.m. while the informant Mukesh Yadav was at his roof, petitioner along with others so named in the F.I.R., variously armed came near his house out of whom petitioner began to abuse. On his protest, petitioner fired followed by Bablu Yadav then thereafter, local Sarpanch along with others came and anyhow pacified them. Firing did not hit anybody.

Petitioner happens to be in custody since 02.11.2015. From paragraph 3 of the petition, it is evident that petitioner happens to be an accused in seven cases.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58635 of 2015 (2) dt.15-02-2016 2/2 petitioner Shailendra Yadav is directed to be released on bail after furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IInd, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 120/2015, subject to the condition that bailers will give an undertaking that henceforth, petitioner will not indulge in any criminal activity. Any kind of violation at the end of the petitioner will give the liberty to the learned lower court to pass appropriate order even to the extent of cancellation of the bail bond.
