Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 380, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code.

There is case and counter case.

18 persons are named in the FIR. Allegation is of commission of injury with Farsa and iron rod. The Doctor has found simple injuries. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts of this case aforesaid and no material to substantiate that the petitioners are going to tamper with the evidence, let the petitioners, above named, be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20868 of 2021(2) dt.23-08-2021 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Phulparas Police Station Case No.406 of 2020, G.R. No.1545/2020, S.Tr.No.11/2021 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
