The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366A/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that daughter of the informant namely Siwani Kumari went traceless on 26.05.2015 when the informant during search came to know that she was being abducted by Nitish Kumar and his family members for the purpose of marriage. It is alleged that the son-in-law of the informant saw the victim in the company of Nitish Kumar. Subsequently, the family members of Nitish Kumar threatened the informant's side.

No.4335 of 2016 (2) dt.01-02-0016 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is against Nitish Kumar and the petitioners happen to be aunts and mother of Nitish Kumar, hence, they have been roped in the present case. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the thrust of accusation against Nitish Kumar, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No.92/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
