JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 01-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 474, 504, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that allegedly some of the co-accused persons have sold the land belonging to the informant by a registered sale deed and the petitioner is identifier to the sale deed, however, four accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.47373/2015 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Awadhesh Chobey be released on bail in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58456 of 2015 (2) dt.01-02-2016 2/2 below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No.31/2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
