Learned counsel for the petitioner has made prayer for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent no. 4 to dispose off the representation dated 16.02.2016 (Annexure-5) filed by the petitioner on the basis of direction given by the Appellate Authority (Respondent No. 3) vide order dated 10.12.2015 (Annexure-4) in Appeal Case No. 27 of 2015 in terms of the order dated 07.07.2015 (Annexure-3) passed by Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 1216 of 2015. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that necessary efforts will be made to dispose off the representation

In such circumstances, this writ petition is disposed off with direction to respondent no. 4 to dispose off the representation dated 16.02.2016 (Annexure-5) filed by the petitioner on the basis of direction given by the Appellateauthority vide order dated 10.12.2015 (Annexure-4) in Appeal Case No. 27 of 2015 in terms of the order dated 07.07.2015 (Annexure-3) passed by Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court in LPA No. 1216 of 2015 expeditiously after giving proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also looking into relevant documents filed by him within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
