With regard to kidnapping of Kajal Kumari, a minor girl, her father had instituted instant case bearing Sakra P. S. Case no.376 of 2014. Annexure-3 has been placed, statement of victim wherein she had stated that she on her own had gone along with the petitioner. She had also disclosed that both have married. However, there happens to be specific disclosure that she wants to stay with her parents. Subsequently thereof, Annexure-2 another F.I.R. bearing Sakra P. S. Case no.11 of 2015 has been filed wherefrom it is evident that aforesaid Kajal Kumari again been kidnapped and for that, informant, her father had instituted this case. It has also been disclosed therein regarding presence of

No.399 of 2016 (03) dt.12-02-2016 petitioner along with others being the kidnapper and further, the victim was kept at the house of Washi Ahmad where the informant along with others have gone. Victim came in their presence and begged whereupon the accused persons became enraged and directed to leave the place with a threatening of dire consequence. Admittedly, victim is a minor.
That being so, I do not see it a fit case for grant of bail. Accordingly, prayer of petitioner for bail is rejected. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) Vikash/- U T
