This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kako P.S. Case No.234 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 126(2), 76, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 3.

It is alleged that the petitioners have tried to commit rape with a 14 year's old girl.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against against the petitioners, I do not find that it is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.

The petitioners are directed to surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10258 of 2025(2) dt.28-03-2025 2/2 before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail. If the petitioners surrender and seek regular bail, the Court below shall consider the same on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
