Petitioner is accused in connection with Konch P. S. Case no. 46 of 2010 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 151 of Railway Act Sections 3 / 4 of the Explosive Substances Act and Section 17 of the Cr. L.A. Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case owing to village politics. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. From the case diary it appears that there is no material against the petitioner. He is languishing in jail custody since 12.11.2016. Having considered the aforesaid facts and
