2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to provide the certified copy of the orders passed in Suit No.03 of 2001 filed under Section 106 of B.T. Act before the Assistant Settlement Officer, Darbhanga and copy of the final order dated 12.08.2008 passed in Revision Case No.36 of 2006 by the in-charge Officer Darbhanga, Madhubani, Samastipur for which application has been filed contained in Annexure-3 & 4.

3. Learned Counsel for the State submits that counter affidavit has been filed and stand has been taken that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17294 of 2018(2) dt.24-02-2025 2/2 petitioner has filed the chirkut but, never filed the stamp. And now with the efflux of time, petitioner requires to file a fresh certified copy along with the required stamp etc.

4. In the light of the submissions made by the parties, it is hereby directed to the petitioner to file a fresh requisites getting certified copy and the District Settlement Officer, Darbhanga shall provide certified copy to the petitioner. In case, the Settlement Officer shall again create problem to the petitioner in providing the certified copy then, the petitioner shall move before the Collector, Darbhanga in this matter and the Collector, Darbhanga (Respondent no.2) shall take necessary action against the concerned officer/staff in this matter.

5. Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed off.
