JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sadar Circle Excise P.S. Case No. 51/2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2019.

Allegation is of recovery of 38.250 litres of liquor. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered either from the house of the petitioner or from his possession. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 22.01.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8589 of 2020(2) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 02nd Additional Sessions Judge -cum-Special Court of Excise, Araria, in connection with Sadar Circle Excise P.S. Case No. 51/2019 subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in investigation and appear as and when required by the police.
