17-02-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that there is no dispute with regard to the amount of money as payable pursuant to the direction of this Court in the writ proceeding which are correlated to the pay of Rs. 14,940/- in respect of the Readers. The whole problem is because of poor fund management by the University. Be that as it may, as a matter of last indulgence, I direct the University to make entire payment within a period of four weeks from today from whatever sources the funds are available to the University, failing

Patna High Court MJC No.3361 of 2016 (3) dt.17-02-2017 which the Vice-Chancellor, Registrar and Finance Officer would be liable to be proceeded in contempt.
