JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-02-2020 In the given facts and circumstances of the case learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an appropriate direction may be issued to ACJM-VI, Danapur to consider its petition filed on 13.12.2019 seeking release of the vehicle, within a reasonable period.

Learned Counsel for the State has no objection to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned ACJM-VI, Danapur is, therefore, directed to consider the application dated 13.12.2019 as contained in

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.186 of 2020(2) dt.18-02-2020 2/2 Annexure '4' to the present application said to be pending before him and pass an appropriate order thereon within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

It is made clear that in case any report is required to be called for from the investigating officer, the investigating officer shall be obliged to submit such report well within time failing, which the Court shall proceed to pass the order as directed above.
