ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner apprehended his arrest in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 16/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 406, 120-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner has no concern with the present occurrence rather he has been roped only because he is the Director of the said company. It is submitted that the main allegation is on accused Ambika Rai and Upendra Singh, who were agents of the said company and had approached the informant and others for investment in the company and other co-accused namely Pankaj

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3681 of 2016 (3) dt.11-04-2016 Kumar Pilot against whom there is substantial allegation has been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 16060 of 2015 vide order dated 28.04.2015. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no specific role to play, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 16/2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
