The Petitioners seek bail in Sonepur P.S. Case No.435 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273, 420, 120-B Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.
From the written report, it appears that huge quantity of foreign liquor loaded on truck was apprehended by the police from a truck in front of Rimjhim Hotel on Chapra-Hajipur Road and also from Alkemi Magic Bisleri Mineral Water Factory near Ram Sundar Das Mahila College along with one motorcycle and one car.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9336 of 2017 (4) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 the vehicle was apprehended and he disclosed the name of these petitioners.
Case diary has been received.
The learned APP after verifying the case dairy has submitted that there is no recovery from the possession of these petitioners.
From the seizure list, it appears that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of these petitioners except one mobile phone. It is mentioned in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have clean antecedents.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chhapra (Saran) in connection with Sonepur P.S.
