2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sahebpur P.S. Case No. 166 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 392, 307, 326 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of looting gold ornaments etc. from the informant.

4. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for case diary but from the impugned order it appears that the petitioner's name has come in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused Praveen Soni.

5. Petitioner is in jail since 03.08.2024 and has two

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
