ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 6.12.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bettiah, West Champaran, in Maintenance Case No. 48 of 2011 on the ground that he is unable to pay Rs.10,000/- to the Opposite Parties No. 2 and 3. He submits that he would be in a position to pay Rs.2,000/- per month.

Having considered this, the application is allowed and the order dated 6.12.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.217 of 2014 dt.25-01-2016 2/2 Court, Bettiah, West Champaran, is modified to the extent that the amount of Rs.10,000/- is reduced to Rs.2,000/-. The Petitioner shall deposit 25 per cent of the arrears as aforesaid within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order and thereafter pay regularly.
