This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Hisua PS Case No. 345 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in the instant case is that petitioner along with other co-accused persons was involved in committing forgery. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has been apprehended in the instant case on suspicion that he was amongst the persons involved in withdrawing money of innocent persons after committing forgery using device of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11598 of 2019(2) dt.28-02-2019 2/2 laptop, scanner machine etc. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is working in Bandhan Bank, New Delhi as a Sales Executive. Petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.11.2018, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Hisua PS Case No. 345 of 2018.
